A large portion of our Shores work is in condominiums. TV mounting on concrete walls, picture hanging, blind installation, bathroom accessory installation, and minor repairs that condo owners need but don’t want to hire a full contractor for. We work within HOA guidelines and are mindful of noise restrictions and building access procedures.
Seasonal Homeowners
Many Shores residents are snowbirds — here for the winter, gone for the summer. We offer home watch services to check on your property while you’re away, and we can knock out a punch list of repairs before you arrive for the season.
